All TAP Miles&Go passengers who book their award ticket travel through the TAP Miles&Go Service Center and plan to issue tickets for other persons, will need to send an authorization signed by you. The client must inform the airline of the cancellation before the flight date, whether travelling on the MilesOnly Ticket or if an upgrade was made with miles.Administrative fees may be charged for the refund of the miles.
